Castelfidardo Musica boasts over 20 years of experience in the field of repairs for free reed musical instruments. The repair estimate is completely free, and consists of a precise diagnosis of the issues or malfunctions and the necessary repair operations. Our Technicians will promptly inform you of the extent of their intervention for the restoration of your instrument, allowing you the freedom to choose.

After filling out the form with your details and photos of the instrument, and providing a detailed description of the anomalies and malfunctions encountered, you will receive a repair estimate via email.

Once accepted, to initiate the work, a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated cost is required.

Typically, the work is completed within 1-4 weeks.

Once after you have settled the total payment, the instrument can be picked up in-store or shipped to the owner.

For all locations in Italy, a courier pickup and delivery service is available within 24-48 working hours.

PLEASE NOTE: To obtain an accurate and truthful estimate, it is essential to inspect the instrument in person, due to variables that could affect the cost, such as: condition of the reeds, potential air leaks in the bellows, damaged reeds, etc. – factors that cannot be easily evaluated through photos or videos.

Therefore, we strive to provide the most accurate repair estimate possible via email, but it will need to be confirmed or revised during the actual examination of the instrument on-site.

As part of our standard procedure, after receiving the instrument and physically inspecting it, our Team will contact you to indicate the expected timeline and confirm the initial estimate or propose an updated one.

If you decide to proceed, after sending a deposit equal to 50% of the repair costs, the repairs will commence.

Otherwise, the instrument will be shipped back to your delivery address (or ready for personal pickup in-store), with no service charges, except for transportation costs borne by the customer.

I am aware and accept that during the on-site assessment with the actual evaluation of the instrument, there may be variations in the repair costs, influenced by variables such as: condition of reed membranes, potential bellows air leaks, damaged reeds, etc., which cannot be identified through photos or videos.

I understand that, due to the above, the estimate should be confirmed or may be revised during the on-site instrument evaluation.

Please note that some parts and pieces may be difficult to find, especially for older instruments. Therefore, certain repairs may not be feasible.
